Your cart and the location you picked (Miami or Hialeah). They live in your browser, never leave your device and do not reach us until you confirm an order. Without this, your order is lost when you change pages.
The map showing how to reach us is loaded by Google, and when it loads it may set its own cookies and see your IP address. Turn it off and you get a button instead — the map only loads if you press it.
It tells us how many people come in, where they come from, which pages they look at and which buttons they tap, so we know what to improve. It uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which keeps anonymous recordings of how the page is used (without what you type). We do not know who you are and we do not follow you around other sites. Turn it off and the site works exactly the same.
It lets Meta (Facebook and Instagram) know you came by, to measure our ads and show you ours and not someone else’s. This one does follow you outside this site. You can say no and nothing you see here changes.
Measurement and advertising start switched on: turn off what you do not want and save. You can change your mind any time from “Cookie preferences” at the foot of every page.
The menu
The Cuban spaghetti in Miami that tastes like home: house sauce, melted cheese, cooked to order.
9 dishes from $9.49 to $16.49
Cuban spaghetti is the kind you eat with your hands covered in cheese: house red sauce, parmesan and mozzarella on top, baked until it browns. It is not al dente Italian pasta with the sauce on the side — it is a different thing altogether. We serve it at both our Miami and Hialeah locations, made to order.

Served with house red sauce, parmesan and mozzarella on top, baked until melted. The carbonara is the exception: it comes with white sauce.
The base is the same house red sauce that goes on our pizzas. Parmesan goes on top, then mozzarella, and the dish goes into the oven until the cheese melts and colours. That is why it arrives baked rather than just sauced: it is the difference between Cuban spaghetti and any other.
The napolitano is the basic one — just sauce and cheese. From there you add ham, chorizo, bacon, sausage or shrimp. The carbonara is the exception on the menu: it swaps red sauce for white and comes with bacon and mushrooms, like the pizza of the same name.
If you have never had it, the napolitano shows you the dish as it is: sauce, browned cheese and nothing else. The chorizo one is the most ordered of the meat versions, and the shrimp one is the treat. It is a one-person plate, filling because it is baked; to share, people usually add the garlic bread rolls. And if you want baked pasta but heavier, there is the lasagna.

Baked. The cheese has to melt and colour — that is what sets it apart.
The carbonara is the only one without red sauce: it comes with white sauce, bacon and mushrooms.
