Your cart and the location you picked (Miami or Hialeah). They live in your browser, never leave your device and do not reach us until you confirm an order. Without this, your order is lost when you change pages.
The map showing how to reach us is loaded by Google, and when it loads it may set its own cookies and see your IP address. Turn it off and you get a button instead — the map only loads if you press it.
It tells us how many people come in, where they come from, which pages they look at and which buttons they tap, so we know what to improve. It uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which keeps anonymous recordings of how the page is used (without what you type). We do not know who you are and we do not follow you around other sites. Turn it off and the site works exactly the same.
It lets Meta (Facebook and Instagram) know you came by, to measure our ads and show you ours and not someone else’s. This one does follow you outside this site. You can say no and nothing you see here changes.
Measurement and advertising start switched on: turn off what you do not want and save. You can change your mind any time from “Cookie preferences” at the foot of every page.

One lasagna, done properly: layers of pasta, beef and melted cheese, $11.49. It is baked when you order it, so it goes from the oven to the table with the cheese still bubbling. Made at our Westchester location in Miami.

We do not keep it sitting under a heat lamp. It goes into the oven with your order, which is what gets the cheese on top properly browned instead of gone soft. That means it takes a little longer than a slice of pizza — worth the wait.
Layers of pasta with beef and browned cheese on top, nothing more complicated than that: it is home lasagna, not an Italian-restaurant version. With the six garlic bread rolls and a dip it turns into a full meal for two. If you want pasta but lighter, the menu has Cuban spaghetti in seven versions.
Both are pasta, but they do not eat the same. The lasagna is heavier and goes in the oven: browned cheese on top and layers that hold their shape on the plate. The spaghetti is lighter and comes in seven versions, so you pick the sauce and what goes with it. If you are properly hungry or want a hot dish to share, the lasagna; if you would rather decide what is in it, the spaghetti.

Yes: layers of pasta, beef and cheese, browned in the oven.
No. It is baked when you order, which is why it takes a little longer than a pizza.
