Your cart and the location you picked (Miami or Hialeah). They live in your browser, never leave your device and do not reach us until you confirm an order. Without this, your order is lost when you change pages.
The map showing how to reach us is loaded by Google, and when it loads it may set its own cookies and see your IP address. Turn it off and you get a button instead — the map only loads if you press it.
It tells us how many people come in, where they come from, which pages they look at and which buttons they tap, so we know what to improve. It uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which keeps anonymous recordings of how the page is used (without what you type). We do not know who you are and we do not follow you around other sites. Turn it off and the site works exactly the same.
It lets Meta (Facebook and Instagram) know you came by, to measure our ads and show you ours and not someone else’s. This one does follow you outside this site. You can say no and nothing you see here changes.
Measurement and advertising start switched on: turn off what you do not want and save. You can change your mind any time from “Cookie preferences” at the foot of every page.
The menu
Properly thick ice-cream shakes: strawberry, mantecado, chocolate, mango and guava.

A real Cuban ice cream shake holds the spoon upright. Ours are 16 ounces and made with ice cream and milk — no ice, no water — which is why they come out thick instead of watery. The fruit ones also carry real fruit pulp. Order them in-store or to go at our Westchester location in Miami.

16 oz shakes made with ice cream and milk — no ice, no water, which is why they come out properly thick. The fruit ones also carry real fruit pulp.
Because there is no ice in them. Most shakes out there are made with ice and water, which stretches further but leaves a thin drink that separates within ten minutes. Ours are made with ice cream and milk: denser, creamier, and the flavour does not water down as you drink it.
Mantecado and chocolate are pure ice cream. Strawberry, mango and guava also carry fruit pulp, which is what gives them real flavour instead of the sugary syrup used elsewhere. If you want something smaller, the menu also has ice-cream bites in six flavours.
An ice cream shake is not only dessert. In Miami, with the heat, plenty of people order one on its own mid-afternoon, no food — it is filling enough to hold you until dinner. It also works alongside a pizza, the fruit ones especially, which cut through salty food better than a soda does. And if you are having one, bear in mind it is 16 ounces of ice cream and milk: you will not need a drink as well.
16 ounces.
No. They are made only with ice cream and milk, which is what makes them properly thick.
The strawberry, mango and guava ones carry fruit pulp alongside the ice cream and milk.
