Online ordering terms

These conditions apply to orders placed at our shops or through this site. Orders placed through Uber Eats or DoorDash are also governed by those apps’ own terms.

1. Who you are buying from

Orders are handled by PA’ COMER BAKERY AND SUBS INC, doing business as PA’ COMER CUBAN PIZZA (“Pa’ Comer”, “we”), a Florida corporation with its address at 353 W 23rd St, Hialeah, FL 33010.

2. What you are charged

We charge no service or handling fee, and there is no minimum order.

  • The price of the dishes, as shown on the menu at the time you order.
  • Sales tax, 7%.
  • A tip, if you choose to leave one. It is voluntary: checkout suggests 18%, 25% and 30%, and you can change it or remove it.

3. Payment

Payment is processed by Clover. We accept cards, gift cards and Apple Pay. By paying you confirm you are authorised to use that payment method; if the cardholder is someone else, it must be with their permission.

4. How long it takes

The kitchen takes about 15 minutes from the moment the order comes in. If you prefer, your order can be scheduled for later: pick a time and we will have it ready then.

5. If a dish runs out

If something you ordered runs out after you have paid, we call you and you decide: swap it for something else, or we refund that dish.

6. How long we hold it

A paid order that nobody picks up is held until closing time that day. The food is made to order and cannot be sold again.

7. The offers

Prices and availability may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place the order.

  • $5 special: cheese pizza and cheese spaghetti, Monday to Thursday from 2 to 5 pm. Direct or in-store orders only, not on the delivery apps.
  • Catering and large orders: we take them with at least 4 hours notice. Call the shop.

8. Reservations

We do not take table reservations. Tables are first come, first served.
