Your cart and the location you picked (Miami or Hialeah). They live in your browser, never leave your device and do not reach us until you confirm an order. Without this, your order is lost when you change pages.
The map showing how to reach us is loaded by Google, and when it loads it may set its own cookies and see your IP address. Turn it off and you get a button instead — the map only loads if you press it.
It tells us how many people come in, where they come from, which pages they look at and which buttons they tap, so we know what to improve. It uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which keeps anonymous recordings of how the page is used (without what you type). We do not know who you are and we do not follow you around other sites. Turn it off and the site works exactly the same.
It lets Meta (Facebook and Instagram) know you came by, to measure our ads and show you ours and not someone else’s. This one does follow you outside this site. You can say no and nothing you see here changes.
Measurement and advertising start switched on: turn off what you do not want and save. You can change your mind any time from “Cookie preferences” at the foot of every page.

Hialeah is where it all started: we opened here in 2015 and the dough is still made here every day. Our Cuban pizzas are 9 inches, cut into four slices and baked when you order them, at our West 23rd Street location. Nineteen flavors — and if you would rather bake it yourself, this is the location that sells the raw dough on its own.

In November 2014 Gina and her daughter Elizabeth took the leap, and in 2015 they opened the first Pa’ Comer here in Hialeah. The dough recipe came out of a family book and has not changed since. The Miami location came later, with the same recipe — but the Hialeah oven is the original one, and anyone who has been in the city a while probably ate here before the other one existed.
In Hialeah this hardly needs explaining: thick, fluffy dough, plenty of cheese and a sauce that leans sweet. What is worth saying is how we make ours. The dough is mixed here and baked the same day, never frozen. The cheese is not just mozzarella — it is blended with gouda, which is what gives that pull when you lift a slice. And the red sauce is our own, the same one that goes on the spaghetti.
We are at 353 W 23rd St, in the heart of Hialeah, every day from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. You can call (786) 431-1029, walk in, or order online from this location’s own page. When you order you choose how we cut it — four slices, folded or whole — you can switch the sauce and add whatever you like. This location is pickup and dine-in: we do not deliver.
