Spaghetti

The chicken and the meatball ones, at the counter

These two cannot be added to the cart on this site — they are not set up in the till our online ordering charges against — so you ask for them at the counter or over the phone. Same base as the rest: house red sauce with parmesan and mozzarella baked on top, at $16.49. If you came looking for something heavier than the napolitano, that is where to go.

Why it goes in the oven

The difference from any other spaghetti is the last step. We do not just pour sauce over pasta and send it out: it gets covered in parmesan and mozzarella and goes into the oven until the cheese melts and colours. That is what gives it the crust and the cheese strands, and it is why people order it this way and no other.
