Your cart and the location you picked (Miami or Hialeah). They live in your browser, never leave your device and do not reach us until you confirm an order. Without this, your order is lost when you change pages.
The map showing how to reach us is loaded by Google, and when it loads it may set its own cookies and see your IP address. Turn it off and you get a button instead — the map only loads if you press it.
It tells us how many people come in, where they come from, which pages they look at and which buttons they tap, so we know what to improve. It uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which keeps anonymous recordings of how the page is used (without what you type). We do not know who you are and we do not follow you around other sites. Turn it off and the site works exactly the same.
It lets Meta (Facebook and Instagram) know you came by, to measure our ads and show you ours and not someone else’s. This one does follow you outside this site. You can say no and nothing you see here changes.
Measurement and advertising start switched on: turn off what you do not want and save. You can change your mind any time from “Cookie preferences” at the foot of every page.

Our house dips: cheese, aurora and virginia.
3 dishes from $5.19 to $5.99
Dips are for dipping: you order them with the garlic bread and share them at the table while the pizza is in the oven. We make three in house — cheese, aurora and virginia — between $5.19 and $5.99. The cheese one comes out hot. Made at our Westchester location in Miami.

The cheese dip ($5.19) comes out hot and is the one people order most — it is the one that stretches when you lift the bread. The aurora ($5.49) is milder, with a hint of tomato: it is the pink one, the sauce many Cuban households make to go alongside. The virginia ($5.99) is the heaviest of the three, creamy and with ham in it, and works just as well with bread as with a slice of pizza.
The natural pairing is the six garlic bread rolls, which is what they were meant for and enough to share between two or three. They also hold up next to a pizza — the cheese and the virginia especially, if you like dipping the crust. And if you are ordering to go, eat the cheese one soon: hot is when it is at its best.
Three house dips: cheese ($5.19), aurora ($5.49) and virginia ($5.99).
It is the pink one: mild, with a hint of tomato.
The cheese one is, which is how it is meant to be eaten. The other two are served chilled.
