Pickup and delivery

Last updated:

This page explains how the food gets to you and, above all, which part we do and which part the delivery apps do, which is where almost all the confusion comes from.

Summary of key points

  • We do pickup and dine-in. We have no drivers and no curbside.
  • Delivery is handled by Uber Eats and DoorDash, which are independent companies.
  • Their prices and fees may not match the ones on our menu.
  • We are open every day from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, except three days a year.

1. Pickup and dine-in

This is what we do ourselves. You order, wait about 15 minutes and pick up at the counter, or stay and eat there. Both locations are open every day from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

We close only three days a year: Thanksgiving, December 24th and December 31st.

2. We do not deliver ourselves

Pa’ Comer has no drivers. We do not do curbside either.

3. Delivery is handled by Uber Eats and DoorDash

If you want it brought to you, order through one of those two apps. They are independent companies: their prices, delivery fees, timings and drivers are theirs, not ours, and may not match the prices on our menu.

From the moment the driver picks the order up, the delivery is the app’s responsibility. If something goes wrong with it, the claim goes through them.

4. How long we hold an order

A paid order that is not picked up is held until closing time that day.
