Cookie policy

This page explains what this site stores in your browser, what for, and how to turn off anything that is not strictly needed.
Summary of key points
- What is needed — your cart and your cookie choice — is stored in your browser without asking: the site does not work without it.
- Measurement: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, on unless you turn it off.
- Advertising: the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram), on unless you turn it off (or your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal).
- You can turn them off in the notice you see when you arrive or, any time, from “Cookie preferences” at the foot of every page.
1. What is needed (no permission asked)
When you add something to the cart, it is saved in your own browser’s local storage, so you do not lose your order as you move between pages. That information does not leave your device and does not reach our servers until you confirm. You can clear it by emptying the cart or clearing site data in your browser.
We also keep there your choice in the cookie notice (so we do not ask on every page), the location you picked and where you came from (a search engine, an ad, a social network). That last one does not leave your browser unless measurement is on, or you write to us through the catering form: then we add it to your message so we know what brings us the orders.
2. Measurement (you can turn it off)
It tells us how many people come in, where they come from, which pages they look at, which buttons they tap and which dishes they view or add, so we know what works and what to improve. We do not know who you are and we do not follow you around other sites.
- Google Analytics (Google) — _ga and _ga_… cookies, up to 2 years. Counts visits and what happens in them.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) — _clck (1 year) and _clsk (1 day) cookies. Keeps anonymous recordings of how the page is used (clicks, scrolling) and heatmaps. What you type into forms is not recorded.
3. Advertising (you can turn it off)
It lets Meta know you came by and what you did (viewed a dish, added it, called us), to measure our ads and show you ours on Facebook and Instagram. This one does follow you outside this site.
- Meta pixel (Meta Platforms) — _fbp and _fbc cookies, up to 90 days.
4. How to change your mind
Press “Cookie preferences” at the foot of any page and change the boxes. What already loaded on the page you are on cannot be unloaded, but it will not load again on the next one. You can also clear cookies from your browser.
5. What third parties set
- Google Maps — the map on our pages is loaded by Google, which may set its own cookies.
- Clover — at checkout, on their payment page, they may set whatever cookies they need to process the transaction securely.
- Uber Eats and DoorDash — only if you go to their sites from our buttons. From there their policy applies.
6. If this changes
If we add or change any measurement or advertising tool, we will update this page before turning it on and you will be able to turn it off like the others.
